Queue Focus is a task management and focus timer app. We do not collect, upload, or sell your personal data. What you create in the app stays on your device by default.
1. Our approach
- No sign-up or account required.
- No third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking.
- No access to contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.
- We do not send your data to our own servers — we do not operate services that receive it.
Under Apple's App Privacy definitions, the app qualifies as Data Not Collected.
2. Your data
Your tasks, focus records, and settings are stored on your iPhone by default. You can view, edit, or delete them in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device.
Your data is not uploaded to our servers. Pro syncs tasks and settings across your devices via Apple iCloud (CloudKit). Without Pro, data stays on this device. You can also turn off iCloud for this app in system Settings.
3. Notifications and on-screen display
The app may use local notifications to alert you when a focus or break session ends. You can turn off notification permission in system settings.
If you enable Lock Screen Live Activities or Home Screen widgets, your current task name and similar information may appear on the Lock Screen or Home Screen. You can disable these features in the app if you prefer.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Queue Focus Pro is purchased and renewed through the Apple App Store. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your payment information.
5. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note it in the app's release notes.
